ATC is pleased to announce Rob Hanson as Director of Customer & Corporate Affairs, effective Monday, June 9, 2025. Rob brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in customer engagement, strategic planning, and stakeholder relationship management.
Rob’s extensive background spans multiple industries, including insurance and financial services, where he has consistently driven growth, transformation, and customer satisfaction. Most recently, he served as Chief Client Officer at Accuserve Solutions, leading customer engagement, sales, marketing, and strategy. He has also held senior leadership roles at CoreLogic and Vantiv, where he delivered strong results in customer retention and organizational transformation.
In his new role at ATC, Rob will lead teams in enhancing customer satisfaction programs, refining interconnection processes, and strengthening corporate communications and stakeholder relationships. He will be based in ATC’s Pewaukee office and report to Lori Lorenz, EVP, Chief People, Culture & Customer Officer.
Rob will work closely with Trevor Stiles to ensure a smooth transition. ATC looks forward to the expertise and energy Rob brings to the company’s mission of delivering sustained value to customers and stakeholders.
