For the second year in a row, ATC is sponsored Einstein Project’s Mobile Design Lab for Wisconsin children. The free program is designed to introduce STEM enthusiasts to hands-on programs in computer science including 3D printing, laser cutting and coding while combatting the dangerous summer slide where children lose months-worth of knowledge during summer break.
In its inaugural year, the Mobile Design Lab, in partnership with ATC, accelerated learning for about 3,000 Wisconsin children with nearly 80 hands-on programs.
ATC and Einstein Project hope to increase the families impacted by reaching an even larger audience this year.
This year, stops included Rhinelander, Kewaunee and Wrightstown with the goal of reaching more rural areas.
