Andy Hayes joins ATC as Vice President of Supply Chain and Project Controls

PEWAUKEE, Wis. – ATC is pleased to introduce Andy Hayes as Vice President of Supply Chain and Project Controls, effective May 27, 2025. Andy will succeed Debbie Masbruch, who has announced she will retire at the end of 2025. 

Andy brings a wealth of experience to ATC, most recently serving as Director of Procurement at Copia Power. His career includes executive leadership roles across several energy companies, including Duke Energy, where he developed deep expertise in supply chain operations and construction within the electric power industry. Known for his collaborative leadership style, data-driven approach, and commitment to mentoring, Andy is well-positioned to lead ATC’s supply chain and project controls functions into the future. 

To ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition, Debbie and Andy will work closely together over the coming months as Andy steps into his new role and Debbie prepares for her well-earned retirement.
