DO'S

  • We act professionally and respectfully and consider the impact our words and actions may have on others.
  • We make employment decisions based on an individual’s skills, experiences and potential to excel in the job at hand.
  • We speak up if we feel uncomfortable about a situation at work, whether it involves us or someone else.

DON'TS

  • We never threaten, intimidate or coerce someone.
  • We never treat someone unfairly because of a characteristic protected by the law.
