Commitment to Non-Retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation at ATC. We treat everyone fairly, regardless of whether they asked a question, raised a concern or cooperated in an investigation.

If you experience or witness retaliation in any form, promptly report it through the channels identified above. We take reports of retaliation as seriously as we take reports of any other misconduct.

Applies to all employees, contingent workers, and contractors
Explains who to talk to if you have questions or concerns

What The Code Does Not Do:

Explain every applicable law or regulation
Describe every ethical concern you may face at work
Prohibit you from engaging in legally protected activities such as discussing wages, benefits or terms and conditions of employment

What should I do if I think someone might have violated the Code?

Report your concern to one of your Compliance Resources, or report it anonymously to the Ethics & Compliance Helpline, if you prefer. We will not tolerate retaliation against you for raising a concern in good faith.
