Randy Satterfield serves as executive vice president of business development, overseeing business development, regulatory policy and communications.
Satterfield joined ATC in 2003 as director of communications. In 2006, he became director of regulatory and governmental relations. He was named vice president of public affairs in 2008 and was promoted to executive vice president of public affairs and human resources in 2012. He previously provided executive leadership for government relations, real estate, environmental, local relations, customer relations and strategic planning.
Prior to joining ATC, Satterfield provided strategic communications, government affairs and political consulting services to trade associations, corporations, labor unions and candidates for elected office in Wisconsin, Washington, D.C. and throughout the country.
Satterfield has extensive experience in communications, advertising, political consulting and international public relations. He holds bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and political science from Marquette University.
