Leadership

Jake Stricker is vice president of audit, risk management and corporate compliance at ATC. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing internal audit, corporate ethics and risk management.

Stricker joined ATC in 2023 with over 20 years of experience focused on compliance, internal audit, risk management and cybersecurity. Prior to joining ATC, he served as a senior managing director at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led enterprise risk management and internal audit efforts across utilities throughout the Midwest. He also held a broader industry leadership role, with responsibilities for overseeing regulatory compliance service offerings nationwide.

Stricker is a thought leader and frequently speaks on topics regarding today’s existing and emerging risks and compliance environment. He has been a guest speaker at several Institute of Internal Auditors and Information Systems Audit and Control Association chapter events and has presented at many industry conferences.

Stricker also served as chairman of the board of trustees at IKRON, a nonprofit entity providing employment, mental health and rehabilitation counseling services, for six years.

Stricker holds a Master of Science in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. He is a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor.
