Please refer to this web site for any customer referrals. Supplier shall not advertise or publish the fact that ATC has contracted with it, or that it has provided services to ATC, other than as a referral to this site, or other written consent. Supplier shall not use ATC's name, service marks, trademarks, or photographs of its equipment or facilities in any advertisement, client list or for any other purpose, except as a referral to this site, without the express prior written consent of ATC, and then only subject to any and all restrictions that ATC, in its sole discretion, might place on such use.
