Karen Miller serves as vice president, business administration services, where she directs the development and implementation of the ATC capital plan. Her departments provide project control services; scheduling, estimating, cost control and cost benchmarking to the construction department. She also oversees asset accounting and supply chain activities.
Miller joined ATC as director, financial planning and capital allocation, in 2001 when ATC began operations. She was named director, business administration services, in 2005. Prior to ATC, Miller held various controller positions within the food and printing industry.
Miller earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also is a Certified Public Accountant.
