This project is complete and in service as of July 2005.
Also known as the Duplainville Project, this project involved the construction of a 10-mile, 138- kilovolt transmission line between Waukesha and Sussex to meet increased electric demand in northeastern Waukesha County. The transmission line connects substations in Waukesha and Sussex, and serves a new We Energies distribution substation, called Duplainville Substation, near Highway 164 and Green Road in Pewaukee.
