Franklin - ATC gained local and national media recognition recently when staff moved an Osprey nest perched on a transmission line in southern Milwaukee County. The story was featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and mentioned in USA Today. Great job team!... Green Bay - ATC hosted an event in April called Leadership Green Bay Environmental Day. Mid- to high-level managers from local business were invited to learn about ATC's environmental commitment and the wide range of issues and topics we face...Also in Green Bay, ATC hosted an environmental booth in February at the The Einstein Project Science Expo sponsored by UW-Green Bay. ATC featured information about threatened and endangered species... Oak Park Heights, Minn. - Nesting peregrine falcons, eagles and owls all are on ''spring egg and hatchling watch'' through Xcel Energy's Bird Cam network at the power plant where the bird

Point Prairie - ATC planted a 3.5-acre prairie at the Izaak Walton League property in Bellevue, which is located approximately two miles from ATC's De Pere office. The prairie, which will soon receive an award from the League for this effort, includes a demonstration garden and plans for a handicap-accessible gazebo...
